A Poem for Utakala Gouraba
"କହିଦେବ ! ଜଣେ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଥିଲା ।"
It takes all sorts!
It takes Peebles to build a script.
For all the time man has breathed, the
Sun shines, waves dance down the bay
and world hosts new events, Great men
have piliated plights of their lands.
Men are born and play in the cradle, Great
Men born around a Halo.
Our own Mr. Das is the person, whom I
have been trying to portray, courtesy the first stanza.
Those, who hail a sense at pride being an Odia,
Pay your Homage to the epitome of ODIA PRIDE.
"ପ୍ରଣାମ କୂଳବୃଦ୍ଧ"
